Mr. Howe is the President and Chief Financial Officer for Mariner and is a member of the Firm’s Investment Oversight, Management and Risk Committees. Prior to joining Mariner in 1993, Mr. Howe was associated with the public accounting firm of Arthur J. Giglio, CPA. He was Treasurer of the money management firm Gryphon Associates, Inc. from 1989 to 1991. He worked at Genève Corporation, an insurance holding company from 1983 to 1989, where his responsibilities included accounting for that company’s investment portfolios. Mr. Howe earned a B.B.A degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
