Charles joined Albion Investors in 2000 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the corporate, investment banking and private investment industries. Prior to 2000, he held senior positions at Continental Bank and Bank of America Securities mostly within leverage finance and middle market lending. Throughout his career he has been active on more than a dozen boards and has successfully led both purchases and sales of a number of companies in a variety of industries including general manufacturing, consumer goods, and specialty distribution. Charles received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
