Cesar Gutierrez works alongside the Managing Director of Real Estate and Energy to invest and manage the Real Estate, Energy and Timber portfolios currently comprising approximately 11% of $6.0 billion in total assets. He is also involved in all aspects of the manager selection, management and oversight of the Real Estate and Energy portfolios, spanning over 40 investment manager relationships and over 100 partnerships in real estate and 15 investment manager relationships and 50 partnerships in energy. He also works alongside the Managing Director of Private Equity to invest and manage the Venture Capital and Buyout portfolios, comprising approximately 15% of $6.0 billion in total assets
