He leads the financial organization for Cleveland-Cliffs Inc., with executive responsibility for Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Business Development. Prior to his present role, Mr. Goncalves was Senior Vice President of Finance & Treasurer, managing the company’s cash, liquidity, and capital structure, as well as business development initiatives by evaluating and executing M&A transactions and capital investments.
