Celicia is Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Windrose Advisors, working closely with the investment team on asset allocation, manager selection, investment due diligence and research across asset classes. Previously, Celicia served as a Director of Research at Balter Capital Management, an investment advisory firm primarily focused on hedge fund manager research, sourcing, and selection for family offices, high net worth individuals, and foundations. Celicia has extensive experience conducting investment manager research across a wide variety of strategies, geographies, and liquidity structures. Prior to joining Balter, Celicia was responsible for hedge fund analysis at SCS Financial, a
