Cece Shepherd, MSIB, MBA is an investment advisor representative at Navigation Wealth Management. She spent 8 years in education, teaching Spanish to high school students before studying a Master’s in International Business and a Master’s in Business Administration. Cece has managed international business development projects for U.S. companies opening new markets overseas and she now advises clients in their investment strategies.
