In addition to CFO, Cecelia V. Strand (Cece) is the Treasurer and Human Resources Director of the firm. She oversees all accounting, operations and administrative functions and is also responsible for employee recruiting, retention and professional development. Cece serves as the Director of Risk Management and Compliance Officer and is a member of the firm’s Management, Risk Management, Advisory Review and Information Technology Steering Committees. Prior to joining the firm, Cece spent a decade with Arthur Andersen LLP in various roles, including audit manager, campus recruiting director and human resources manager. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke Universit
