Cathleen Redus is the Director of Investment Operations for Tailwind Advisors. In this role, she serves as the primary operational contact across the treasury and investment functions. Prior to joining Tailwind Advisors, Cathleen was a Senior Managing Middle Office Analyst for Crestline Investors. During her tenure with Crestline Investors, she monitored the fund of fund portfolios, delivered portfolio and investor reporting needs, and collaborated with the investment, legal and accounting teams to ensure effective and efficient strategy implementation.
