Carolyn holds dual leadership as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In her capacity as CFO, Carolyn oversees the firm’s finance and accounting function, including strategic financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, financial reporting, budget development, merger and acquisition financial due diligence, treasury management, tax compliance, and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting. As COO, Carolyn focuses on improving processes, enhancing efficiencies, and coordinating between departments to support the firm's growth and success.
