Carolyn Ovaitt serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Business Management at Delegate Advisors, working out of the Chapel Hill office since the firm launched in January 2012. In this role, Carolyn has a wide variety of responsibilities including managing the office facilities, payroll, HR policies and benefits, technology and cybersecurity, vendor management and payables, compliance support and Board/Member relations. Carolyn’s penchant for multitasking enables her to excel in her various day-to-day projects.
