Caroline Levington is a consultant specializing in export promotion and investment attraction in the services sector. Consistently working at the intersection of business and the social sector, Caroline has consulted for social enterprises in Nicaragua and Mexico, advised a Vietnamese high-tech industrial park on increasing positive spillover effects, proposed an award-winning sustainable development model for a start-up in Sub-Saharan Africa, and spent two years providing financial and project management for USAID, USDOL, and State Department development programs.
