Effectively the CIO of credit, responsible for the strategic delivery of and commercialisation of our credit business (which is around half of the AUM of Aviva Investors). Oversight of a large and broad team encompassing Investment Grade Credit, High Yield, Emerging Market Debt, Liquidity, LDI, Buy and Maintain Credit and Credit Research teams with a priority in driving excellent investment performance and growth. Responsible for ensuring that our processes are aligned to the strong ESG thesis and philosophy of the wider organisation. Represent Aviva Investors externally as a brand ambassador, speaking at conferences, representing the credit business to both internal and external clients.
