I specialise in stewardship, investment and pensions. I also have extensive experience of: broader financial services policy development, research and analysis; formulation of public affairs, communications and broader organisational strategies; drafting speeches, press releases and articles. I am a trustee of a master trust (a pension trustee) in my spare time, sit on the boards of a number of industry organisations and am Chair of NextGen (an industry organisation dedicated to boosting EDI in the pensions sector). I have received a number of awards for my professional and volunteer work, including as one of 2023's Top 50 Most Influential in Sustainable Finance in Europe, 2022 Investment
