Carmen Goodwin joined the Foundation in January 2009, bringing extensive experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger and benefits through her prior work with Latash Investments, Cook Inlet Tribal Council and Hawaiian Vacations. She became manager of accounting and risk management in May 2023 and now serves as the senior accountant, contract and risk management. She holds professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management as well as a certificate in nonprofit management. She also is a notary.
