Carlo Diego Alves serves as the Head Actuarial/Controller at BTG Pactual. He is a graduate in Actuarial Sciences with an Academic Highlight and holds an MBA in Actuarial and Financial Management. Carlo has an extensive background in the actuarial field, having worked as the Responsible Actuary at AXA-CS/AXA Seguros, where he implemented the actuarial area responsible for technical reserves. His previous roles include Actuarial Coordinator at Zurich-Santander, where he was responsible for pricing, underwriting, management, and technical control of insurance and pension products.
