Before Carl joined the firm in 2019, he was CEO of Macquarie Investment Management Korea and Head of Asia, Macquarie Investment Management, where he provided business leadership in the region, managed distribution teams and led corporate development opportunities. Carl holds a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Accounting, and Honours in Accounting from the University of South Africa.
