Beyond planning, Carey is also responsible for all financial and operational roles critical to running a thriving business. Prior to forming Mosaic, Carey spent nearly a decade at a boutique wealth management firm where he was instrumental in developing their financial planning process and many of the sophisticated tools utilized in nearly every engagement.
