Bryan served as a JMF Shareholder from 1985 - 2017 and was Managing Shareholder from 2005 - 2016. He is a trusted advisor to many of the firm's clients. JMF is a member firm of the national accounting association, CPAmerica, where Bryan served on the Board of Directors for five years including 2014 as Board Chair. Prior to joining JMF, Bryan worked in his family's business for five years where he gained first-hand knowledge and experience of working in a closely-held business. That and his experience in managing the firm is a resource he draws on to advise and consult with closely-held businesses. He has extensive experience in business sales, acquisitions, succession planning, strategic
