Mr. Bruce Van Saun served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Citizens Financial Group. He serves as Board Member & Member of the Governance & Nominating and Compensation & Human Resources Committee at Moody's Investors Service. He joined CFG in October 2013 - after serving as RBS Group Finance Director and as an executive director on the RBS Board from 2009 to 2013 - and led Citizens to a successful initial public offering in September 2014. He has more than 30 years of financial services experience. From 1997 to 2008, Van Saun held a number of senior positions with Bank of New York and later Bank of New York Mellon, including Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer.
