Over the past 25 years I have been involved with a large range of real estate projects and challenges within both the private and public sectors. This has included property acquisitions for new TTC subway projects, municipal approvals for urban and land developments, design review, construction management, acquisitions, disposals, lease and partnership deal-making, asset management and participation in student design reviews at the University of Toronto. My goal has always been and continue to be to seek out the highest quality solutions to challenges within the building industry to enable a legacy of quality buildings and public realm.
