Brian spent the first 20+ years of his career working on the institutional side of the financial industry. He spent 15 years at Munder Capital Management in a variety of roles, including as the discretionary investment manager for 15 SMA platforms and over $330M in assets. In 2014, Brian took his skills to Victory Capital Management where he ultimately served as the Director of the Product Development group, where he helped organize the creation of VictoryShares, the fastest growing ETF platform from 2015-2019, when it grew from $198M to $5.0B in assets.
