Mr. Kim serves as President and is a member of the Executive Committee as well as a voting member of the investment Policy and Strategy Committee. Mr. Kim is responsible for managing the Firm, collaborating with senior investment professionals on investment strategy and helping drive the strategic vision. Mr. Kim leads business development with the CEO and works closely with Senior Advisors on diversity initiatives. Mr. Kim is a partner at RSMD Investco LLC, the primary shareholder of Ducenta Squared Asset Management, responsible for strategic initiatives and acquisitions. Mr. Kim has over 28 years of fixed income experience with expertise in interest
