A registered patent attorney, Brian has over 15 years experience in intellectual property law, transactional law and litigation. Beginning his legal career as a public defender for Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Brian transitioned to an intellectual property attorney practicing in the areas of software, internet and general technology. Brian assisted in the acquisition of the .jobs top-level domain license for Second Generation, and now focuses on domain- and technology-related matters for Second Gen, along with other legal matters for many Second Gen entities. Brian has a B.S. in Systems Analysis from Miami University and a J.D. from The Ohio State University School of Law.
