Brad is a Partner and serves as Palisade's General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for managing the firm's legal affairs and supervising the administration of Palisade’s compliance program. He is also a member of Palisade’s Operating Committee. Prior to joining Palisade in 2006, Brad was a corporate attorney with the law firm of Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP, where he worked with his clients on a variety of governance, contractual, and general corporate matters. Brad began his legal career as an attorney in the mergers and acquisitions department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he represented companies and private fund sponsors
