My interest is in growing in compassion and wisdom, through relationships. Places I'm most alive in engaging right now: Inner transformation, psycho-spiritual work, and deep adaptation/resilience. The first is about doing inner work, such as meditation and gratitude practices; the second is inter-personal, such as conflict work and shadow work; the third topic includes a focus on grief and preparation for systems breakdown. These topics are a sort of undercurrent across all my work in the world. Some of the other topics I engage with- regenerative agriculture, meat reduction, alternative proteins, solar energy, creative approaches to capital.
