Bill Hua is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Quantitative Analysis at Eagle’s View Capital Management, LLC. Previously, Mr. Hua served as a Rating Analyst Intern at SkyRank System of Hedge Fund Rating, focusing on hedge funds and fund of hedge funds. In addition, he has served as an International Trade Specialist in Xiamen, China. Mr. Hua earned a B.A. in International Trade and Economics with a minor in Japanese from Nanchang University, China.
