Under his leadership, the team enhanced their focus on customer service resulting in 98% of our policyholders in 2020 indicating that they were either satisfied or very satisfied with their audit. Prior to joining Texas Mutual, Bill accumulated over 25 years of finance, accounting and business leadership experience in multiple CFO roles and other finance executive roles with large national and international carriers.
