Bill McGrath is Makena’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining Makena, Bill was the EVP & General Counsel at Vulcan Inc., the family investment office of Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen. Prior to Vulcan, Bill held senior legal positions at several Silicon Valley-based technology companies and worked for two national law firms. Bill received a B.A. in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.
