Bikram Chadha is a director and joined PFM Asset Management in 2016. In his role, Bikram is responsible for managing institutional client relationships and supporting business development efforts for the firm’s consulting and outsourced CIO practice areas - focusing on endowments, foundations, pension funds, OPEB trusts and other long-term investment portfolios.
