Betty Tay is Director of the External Managers Department at GIC. In her current capacity, Betty oversees GIC’s external managers programmes in the Public Markets. In addition, Betty is a member of GIC’s Investment Management Committee, GIC’s Opportunistic Asset Allocation Investment Committee, and GIC’s Business Continuity Steering Committee. Betty joined GIC in 1999 and was a Portfolio Manager in the Emerging Markets Group before joining the Alternative Investment Unit in 2002.
