Betsy has held various sales, marketing and management positions in the financial services industry for 30 years. In her tenure with Deutsche Bank (formerly Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc.), she managed the Unit Investment Trust sales desk, development of the mutual fund advisory program and Marketing. By 2004, Betsy was a Managing Director and Head of Professional Development for Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management US. In June 2009, Betsy and former colleagues from Alex. Brown and Sons, Inc. started Harbor Investment Advisory, LLC. In 2020, Betsy founded EBB Consulting, LLC, which primarily delivers practice management and business operations consulting to independent broker dealers and
