As the Head of Fund Operations, Beth Strong leads the ongoing development and management of operational capabilities. In her role, Beth directs investment reporting, client service, and back-office operations for all of the firm’s investment products. Her primary focus is building processes and support teams to facilitate the firm’s daily operational needs. Since joining the investment industry in 2001, Beth has been exposed to all facets of a firm’s business lines and operations. Prior to joining in 2005, Beth served as Operations Manager for a boutique broker-dealer with a focus on private offerings. Beth graduated from the University of San Diego with a BS in Economics and holds Series 3,
