Mr. Chong is Chairman of the VMS Group with responsibility for overall corporate strategy as well as formulating and executing the Company’s business development strategies. After more than 20 years in investment banking, including positions at HSBC, BofA Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, Mr. Chong is the founding member of VMS Group in 2006. Specializing in both domestic and overseas investments, he has a wealth of experience in domestic and international asset management.
