He began his professional career as a multi-lingual Relationship Banker with State Financial Bank in the Chicagoland area, and then became a Certified Financial Planner™ and Senior Portfolio Manager with UBS Financial Services. He is a protégé of his father, Shelly Altman, CIMA®, one of the earliest advisors to incorporate discretionary portfolio management for non-institutional clients across generations.
