Mr. Novak serves as CCFO’s Chief Financial Officer. He utilizes his vast experiences in business and accounting to manage the back office of the organization and the complexities of each client family. Mr. Novak has held the CFO title since the firm’s founding in 2010. Mr. Novak has 35 years of progressive experience developing and managing the accounting and finance functions at multi-site retail, restaurant, communications and manufacturing companies. He also is an experienced senior management technology executive who is proficient in the design of accounting and back-office processes and in the deployment of enabling technologies. Previously, Mr. Novak held senior accounting and techn
