Ben serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for HighGround Advisors. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and oversees HR, marketing and communications and information systems and leads support services such as records and facilities management. Ben also is responsible for strategic planning and other large-scale projects designed to improve services and communications with institutional partners.
