Beata is a Partner and Palisade's Chief Financial Officer & Head of Investment Operations, responsible for overseeing and managing the firm's finance, accounting, tax, and operations functions, as well as the firm’s Private Wealth Management client service team. She is a member of Palisade’s Operating Committee. Prior to joining Palisade in 2017, Beata was an Associate Director at SS&C where she managed a number of teams responsible for all aspects of private equity funds including accounting, operations, and administration. Beata previously worked at McKinsey & Company, Natsource Asset Management, and Bear Stearns where she held various accounting, tax, and operations roles.
