Mr. Tripathi joined Pathway in 2005 and is a senior vice president and general counsel in the California office. He is responsible for the legal affairs of Pathway, including legal issues related to Pathway’s registration as an investment adviser in numerous jurisdictions and structuring, negotiating, and monitoring private market investment transactions on behalf of Pathway and its clients. Before joining Pathway, Mr. Tripathi was counsel at Boeing Capital Corporation, a financial services subsidiary of The Boeing Company, where he structured and negotiated asset-based financings and implemented several corporate compliance programs. Prior to that he was a corporate associate with the la
