Having started his career in 1993 with the Republic National Bank of New York in Switzerland as a proprietary trader, Ariel went on to join the bank’s treasury team to co-manage - alongside David - a portfolio of Fixed Income, FX and Emerging Market debt of more than USD 10 billion. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2004, Ariel went on to work with the Safra Family Office in Geneva where he co-managed - alongside David - the financial assets and the foundation of the Safra family. Ariel holds a BSc in Business and Economics from the University of Geneva.
