Mr. Balabanian specializes in all areas of Real Estate, including Hotels, Lodging, Construction and Building. He also has significant expertise in the Structured Product sectors (MBS/ABS/CMBS) in which the firm invests. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Team. His primary focus is on investment management of the Structured Products Fund and the firm’s other Structured Product mandates.
