Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Giuliano was a Vice President at Nomura Securities International where he executed a variety of merger, acquisition, equity and financing transactions for clients across the consumer and retail industries. Prior to that, Mr. Giuliano was an investment banking associate at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital having worked several years in New York and London. Mr. Giuliano received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
