Annie Lam joined the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) as chief financial officer in August 2023. She is responsible for strategic leadership of the finance function to facilitate NCC’s bold goals for growth and environment leadership. She brings over 25 years of finance leadership experience and was most recently the CFO at Sir Sandford Fleming College of Applied Arts and Technology, where she led finance, procurement, treasury and administration. She held progressive finance leadership roles in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors including Ontario Lotteries and Gaming Corporation, Canada Health Infoway and Bell Canada.
