Angie Martin earned her bachelor's degree in business administration with an accounting option at the University of Louisville. She earned her MBA from Xavier University. She is a certified public accountant. She came to UK after having served as vice president for finance at CPE and as associate vice president for planning and budget and director of internal audit at Morehead State University. In her most recent position, Martin coordinated the development of UK's Top 20 Business Plan, annual operating budgets, six-year capital plans and analysis of the university's administrative policies.
