Andy co-founded Souter Investments with Sir Brian Souter in 2006 and held the role of Managing Director for 14 years, becoming Chairman in January 2021. Andy has more than 35 years of private equity investment experience gained at Souter Investments, Charterhouse, Morgan Grenfell and Royal Bank Equity Finance. He was previously at PwC for 8 years.
