Andrew Miranda is Titan’s Chief Financial Officer, and has been a senior member of Titan’s Accounting team since 2007. A Certified Public Accountant, he previously was with Rochdale Securities LLC, where he was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Rochdale, Andrew was controller for the Development Corporation for Israel and for the Executive Monetary Management. He graduated with honors from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B.S. degree in accounting in 1986, and he has been a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York since 1991.
