As Executive Vice President, Amy manages a 30 member team accountable for creating Nuveen’s holistic Responsible Investing strategy and unified framework. The framework establishes the firm’s overall philosophy and guidelines for systematically incorporating core responsible investing disciplines (ESG integration, engagement and impact measurement, and management) into investment decisions, the expansion of differentiated capabilities (e.g. new products, reporting, advice) across multiple asset classes, and thought leadership in the marketplace to drive client engagement.
