Mrs. Stiles joined LCG in 2007 and is the Chief Compliance Officer. She also is a member of the Board of Directors. Amber’s responsibilities include the overall administration of the compliance function along with managing and directing LCG’s compliance program, including operational due diligence on investment managers. Amber is a member of the Georgia Bar. She obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Georgia (“UGA”) and was the Secretary for the Black Law Students Association during her second year. Amber interned at the Western Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office while in law school and was responsible for gathering evidence, locating witnesses, taking statements,
