Amanda Upton joined The Hillman Company in 2013 as an Investment Manager, and was appointed Managing Director in 2018. Prior to joining the Company, she was an Associate with the private equity investment team at Morgan Creek Capital Management in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and an Analyst in the leveraged finance group of Wachovia Securities. Ms. Upton received a BSBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
