Alyssa is the Senior Director of Communications and an Associate for Serra Ventures. A graduate from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, she has extensive training and background in the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology, essentially how human factors influence people’s behavior and interactions within organizations.
