Alison began her career in the investment consulting industry in 2003 and is a Partner, Senior Consultant within NEPC’s Defined Contribution practice. In addition, she advises corporate defined benefit (DB), healthcare, and insurance clients. Alison is a member of NEPC’s Women’s Leadership Forum. In 2024, Alison was honored as a Leader by the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA). Alison advises some of the largest U.S. DC plan sponsors ranging from $1 billion to over $30 billion in retirement assets. She has been an integral part of NEPC’s annual DC Plan Trends and Fees Survey and has been our voice on the matter in many webinars. Alison’s work related to DC P
